The perfect addition to your Christmas Feast!
These aren't your average roasted spuds - it might be a fairly standard recipe but the inclusion of Duck Fat adds a unique flavour and crispiness you just can't achieve otherwise. For a nice Vegan alternative we suggest using our Macadamia Oil which is great too!

Craig's Foolproof Duck Fat Roast Potatoes
What you'll need:
1kg small potatoes (peeled or unpeeled – your choice!)
1-2 tablespoons duck fat (available at Weigh n Pay!)
Salt, pepper & fresh rosemary
The method: Start by putting your potatoes into a pot of boiling water for 10-15 minutes until just partially cooked on the outside, then drain and give them a good shake in the pot with the lid on – this roughens up the edges for maximum crispiness.
Toss with duck fat, season generously, and roast at 200°C for 1 hour 20 minutes, turning occasionally for even browning.
The result? Golden, crispy potatoes that'll have everyone fighting over the last one.
Serve alongside all your Sunday roast favorites – gravy, Yorkshire puddings, Brussels sprouts, and whatever else makes your heart happy.
Trust us, once you try duck fat roasties, there's no going back!
