Our Fruitcake Collection

Celebration Cake

This is the one that started it all! Our Premium Mixed Fruit Cake is made with Australian sultanas, raisins, and currants, combined with just the right amount of cherries and peel. You'll mix these with our Dark Fruit Cake Mix, plus some brandy, eggs, and water.

This kit takes just minutes to prepare and pop in the oven, and produces a truly delicious fruitcake. One kit makes an impressive 2.3kg cake—that's pretty huge! You can also divide the mixture to make 2-3 smaller cakes if you prefer. And here's a bonus: this kit also makes a delicious steamed pudding. Just ask us in-store for the adjusted recipe!

Festive Cake

For those who are a bit too nutty for traditional fruitcake! Made using our Festive Blend of Australian nuts and glacé fruit, this cake is pretty special. It has a similar flavour profile to the Celebration Cake, but it's absolutely packed with nuts. This one is fast becoming a bestseller, and once you try it, you'll understand why!

Stained Glass Cake

Nan would be proud! Our Stained Glass Cake (also known as Bishop's Cake) is made primarily with glacé fruit. When thinly sliced, light passes through the fruit, resembling beautiful cathedral windows—hence the name! This one is a real classic that's as stunning to look at as it is to eat.

Gluten Free Fruitcake

Of course we wouldn't forget about our gluten-free friends! This recipe took a bit of refining, but we nailed it about five years ago, and it's now set in stone. It's a deliciously moist cake packed with all the good stuff—and of course, no pesky gluten.

One note: this cake doesn't keep quite as well as our traditional fruitcakes, so we suggest baking it 1-2 weeks in advance before wrapping it up to mature in time for Christmas.
