Old Bay Seasoning is a blend of herbs and spices that is marketed in the United States by McCormick & Company, and originally created in Baltimore, Maryland.
Unfortunately it isn't readily available in Australia, and it's very expensive if you can find it. Fortunately we have an old family recipe, so we make it ourselves!
Perfect for those Winter stews and casseroles, seafood, chicken or even vegetables. If it calls for a Bay Leaf, try Old Bay instead!
