These are West Australian Gluten Tested Oats. They contain 0ppm Gluten and are uncontaminated and certified Wheat Free.
Oats contain Avenin, a 'gluten like protein', so do not purchase these for a coeliac person unless you have first confirmed they can consume them. Uncontaminated Oats such as these can still cause issues in ~20% of Coeliacs, even when there are no obvious symptoms of a reaction to gluten.
