Nutritional Yeast Flakes, also known as Savoury Yeast or "Nooch" are made from an inactive toasted yeast. It is a versatile and nutritious ingredient, used in many vegetarian and vegan recipes as it has a tasty, cheese-like flavour. Add Nutritional Yeast to soups, stir-fries, dips and spreads, or use as a seasoning for salads, vegetables, rice, or even on popcorn!
Our Nutritional Yeast is unfortified, which some argue has a better taste to the fortified varieties commonly available.
