Kimchi is a traditional Korean and Japanese side dish made using Napa Cabbage, Daikon Radish, Gochugaru and aromatics such as Spring Onion, Ginger and Garlic. It has a strong flavour and pairs beautifully with any Asian inspired meal - or just by itself!

All 66 Barrels products are produced using local ingredients in small batches. No additional bacteria is added - 100% Lacto Fermented!
