DUTCH COCOA
Product Details
Dutch Cocoa is a premium baking cocoa that will result in a richer, more intense flavour compared to regular cocoa.
It is made from cocoa beans that have been washed in a potassium solution to neutralise the acidity. This acts to soften the flavour and remove the bitterness. Fortunately this means you can use less sugar in your baking compared with normal Cocoa.
