Dark in colour, robust in flavour.
Warming, rich honey. Tones of caramel and molasses with a great depth of flavour. Ideal for drizzling on sourdough toast or hot crumpets.
From bees located in remote, pristine bush land. Foraging on flowers of big Eucalypt trees like Red Gums, Jarrah and Wandoo as well or seasonal natives like banksia and bottlebrushes.
Raw, unfiltered and unprocessed from pristine West Australian bushland.
