Our famous Celebration Kit has become an annual Christmas tradition for many families. Made using our own special blend of dried fruit, candied cherries and peel, it is an incredibly moist and delicious cake that is sure to elicit fond memories of Christmas’ past.
It is best baked in advance to allow the flavours to develop – like you, it gets better with age!
Kit contains: Mixed Fruit, Cake Mix, Recipe Card, No Plastic!
You need to add: 3 Eggs, 250ml Water, 2T Brandy
