Large Cous Cous is the real deal! Small balls of semolina pasta that have been lightly toasted to create a delicious savoury flavour. When cooked they are slightly chewy and are great at absorbing flavour.
This Cous Cous takes up to 30 minutes to cook. Use 3 parts Water/Stock to 1 par Cous Cous. Season with salt and gently simmer until desired consistency is achieved.
