Please note: Cannellini Beans are out of stock until mid-2026 due to very poor crops in 2025 through the US and Argentina. The best substitute is Great Northern, but you can also use Haricot (aka Navy), or Lima Beans too.
Slightly kidney-shaped with squarish ends, cannellini beans are creamy white in colour. When cooked, they have a fluffy texture and a slightly nutty, mild flavour.
