Our Cacao Nibs come from the much sort after Criollo type of organic cacao beans. They are made from pure, crushed raw cacao beans minus the additives and are rich in essential minerals and antioxidants. Their lush flavour makes a perfect addition to a variety of food and beverages, and they are commonly used as an alternative to chocolate chips.
Origin: Peru
PLEASE NOTE (May 2026): Cacao is very expensive at the moment due to four consecutive crop failures in Africa. The current harvest is going well and prices are expected to come down sometime this year.
