A russet coloured honey with a warm stringy plum flavour with gentle hints of coffee undertones. Red gum honey is famous for its natural heat. This honey is collected locally from Bindoon; The rock and roll of honeys to set your mouth on fire.
This honey has been tested in a lab and has a TA (Total Activity) rating of TA35+ which is very high. In terms of medicinal value it is comparable with Jarrah, Karri and even Manuka Honey - except without the silly price tag!
All our Honey is locally sourced from WA and is raw and unprocessed.
