White Butter Cream
100g Solite Veg. Shortening
50 g Butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp hot water
Blend until creamy then add:
300g Icing Sugar
2 tsp. Actiwhite (egg white powder)
Put as much icing on the cake or cupcake as you think you’ll need. Then start spreading. This prevents the spreading of crumbs. It also helps to have your cake really cold.
