½ Cup EACH of the following: Sunflower seeds, Walnuts, Almond kernels, raw Macadamias, Goji berries, Apricots (preferably Australian), Dates, Incaberries, Raw Cacao powder. ¼ Cup EACH of the following: Hempseeds, Acai berry powder, Chia seeds, Sesame seeds. Approximately: 80g Coconut oil 1 tsp Honey (or to taste) Place all the seeds and nuts into a processor and blend until finely ground. (or Thermomix speed 9 for 5 secs). Place in a bowl. Then process the fruits and Cacao powder until finely chopped. (or Thermomix speed 8 for 15 seconds). Put the nut mix back into the processor and add the honey and enough of the coconut oil to make to a stiff paste. (if using a Thermomix, blend on speed 5 for 10 secs then on speed 5 reverse for 10 secs) Roll the mixture into balls and store in the fridge. Makes approx. 36. Eat one as a power packed energy boost!
