Rum Balls

Included in kit:
Truffle Base      
Can of  Condensed Milk – use 150ml

You need to add:
50 ml Rum, Brandy or liqueur of choice
50ml water       
Sprinkles/Shredded Coconut (Optional)

Method
Place truffle base into a food processor and process for about a minute or until the biscuit pieces are ground fine. Mix the liquids in a separate bowl and add the crumb mixture. Stir until well combined. Take small pieces of the mixture and roll them into small balls.
Have ready small plates with your coating mixtures. We suggest chocolate sprinkles, desiccated coconut or drinking chocolate as ideal. Roll the balls in the coating mixture of your choice and place into small paper sweet cups (available at W&P). If desired you can coat the balls in melted chocolate instead, let them drain on a cake rack until set before placing in cups. You can turn them into mini puddings by drizzling melted white chocolate over and topping with pieces of chopped green & red cherries. Store in an airtight container. Makes about 50.
