Pizza & Foccacia

Hot homemade pizza fresh from the oven.
Ingredients:
4 cups Pizza Base Mix
380mls. Water
2 tsp. Instant Yeast
Method:
Place ingredients in bread machine. Set on “dough” setting. Remove with floured hands.
Pizza:
Roll out on floured surface and place into 2 pizza pans. Let rest 40 minutes. Spread with Pizza sauce, your choice of toppings and mozzarella cheese. Bake in hot oven, 220 Celcius, until base is golden brown and the cheese is melted in the middle. We highly recommend using a ceramic pizza stone, which can be purchased from any kitchen store. This will give you a perfect base every time!
Foccacia:
Divide into 2.On a floured surface, roll each half into a rectangle. Place on prepared baking sheets and brush with olive oil. Scatter garlic, oregano, rosemary and parsley over surface of each and press lightly. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
