Weigh ’n Pay is the first ever dedicated bulk food store in Western Australia. Original owner Cindy Stahl was used to this style of shopping back in Canada. After arriving in Australia, and not finding anything similar, she decided to start her own version of an old favourite. The original store was opened in Warwick Grove Shopping Center in 1992. The product range has since evolved to around 1000 items. We are currently located at Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Center which has convenient parking outside the shop.

You can bring your own containers.

You only pay for what you weigh.

You can get only the ingredients you need to try a new recipe.

Friendly old-fashioned service. We go way beyond the supermarket.

Many of our customers come into the store wanting to source products that are either wheat free or gluten free. There is confusion as to what constitutes 'gluten free" products.

Gluten is the protein found in grains such as wheat, oats, rye & barley. People with Coeliac disease need to avoid all of these grains. All products have the green "gluten free" sticker on the label.

People with wheat free diets, only need to avoid the gluten found in wheat. Therefore they can eat oats, rye & barley. Products in the store are identified with a yellow "wheat free" sticker.
