Gluten Free Recipes
Gluten is a particular protein that occurs in wheat, barley and rye and foods with processed versions of these ingredients. It is speculated that around 10% of the western world have some form of gluten intolerance. Symptoms of gluten intolerance can include bloating, abdominal discomfort, pain, diarrhoea as well as other less obvious symptoms such as headaches/migraines, lethargy and tiredness and bone and joint pain.
