Weigh 'n Pay Felafel Comments

Recipe:

As asked here is my blurb about the felafel.

It seems to be the best thing I have come across better than the proverbial sliced bread and much more versitile.

I can recommend it as per the recipe sheet  where you make it in the shape of spoons and add to a salad. I have also done this and added it to mixed sea food as a chip.

I have also made it into chips shaping it into thin lengths, chip shape, and they worked wonderfully.

Tonight I made it into a patty to have under some scrambled eggs and again a perfect success.

The best ever though is to use it as a dusting instead of flour on fish. I dusted a piece of salmon and some prawns absolutely excellent coming out very tasty and crunchy. As a dusting for squid rings it is absolutely perfect.

I didn't dip in an eggy mixture or anything just dusted and very shallow fried slightly more than a coating on the bottom of the pan.

Next thing to try with the felafel is as a coating to make southern fried chicken I will let you know how it turns out.

The only thing I don't like about it is the name which I can neither pronounce or spell :-).
