Cindy started the company 21 years ago, after having seen a similar type shop in her native Canada. Her favourites are Asian food, chocolate making and cake decorating. She loves to travel and takes cooking classes wherever she goes, and sometimes finds herself mixing it up with the locals; enjoying the authentic cuisine and lifestyles!
