Cereal Treats
Ingredients:
3 Tblsp Butter or margarine
300 g Marshmallows
6 cups Rice Bubbles
Method:
In a large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
Add Kellogg’s Rice Bubbles and stir until well coated.
Using a buttered spatula or baker’s paper, press mixture into a pan coated with cooking spray. Can be rolled or cut into desired shape. Cover with Satin Ice.
