Weigh 'n Pay Amaranth Batters

Recipe:

AMARANTH ALL PURPOSE MIX
 BATTERS SWEET & SAVOURY
 
SAVOURYBATTER:
1cup amaranth flour mix                ¾ cup water
¼ teaspoon salt                               1 x 70g egg
Extra amaranth flour mix for coating
 
Combine flour, salt, water and egg to from a drop consistency batter.
Coat food to be fried in flour then dip in batter and deep fry.
 
SWEET BATTER
1-cup amaranth flour mix                 Pinch sugar
¾ cup orange juice                            1 x 70g egg
Extra amaranth flour mix for coating
 
Proceed as above
