Recipe:
3/4 cup puffed amaranth
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup sultanas
3/4 cup chopped dry apricots
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons margarine
2 eggs
1/4 cup apple juice
Cut into 14 bars while hot and leave to cool in pan.
