Easy Fruit Cake
 
This cake is so easy, fruity and moist. It has no fat, no added sugar, is dairy free and yet still tastes like a fruit cake.
2 ½ cups Mixed Fruit
1½cups SR Flour
1¼cups hot strong black tea.
Pour hot tea over the fruit. Let cool. Add the flour and mix until well blended.
Bake in a loaf tine at 180°C for 50 minutes.
