Couscous- Instant
Recipe:
Serves 4COUSCOUS- Instant
500 gms couscous
500 mls boiling water (approx.)
Vegetta (Vegetable Booster to taste)
1 Tblsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. chopped garlic
Chopped onions, capsicum, eggplant etc. if desired.
Tip the couscous into a large bowl. Pour over boiling water, Vegetta and stir thoroughly. Stand about 10 minutes. In frying pan heat olive oil, garlic & veggies. Stir fry until softened. Add to couscous mixture. Lightly fork, stirring fresh herbs through if desired.
