WHITE CHRISTMAS KIT

Included in kit:

500gCrunch Slice Mix

150g Mixed Fruit

100g Cherries

You need to add:

250g Copha

Place the dry ingredients into a bowl. Melt the copha in a saucepan, taking care not to overheat. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Press into a slice tin which has been lined with bakers paper and refrigerate until set.

Cut into bars or squares. If giving as a gift it is nice to wrap in cellophane bags and tie with ribbon. (Bags available from W&P)          

Ingredients: Coconut (preservative 223), Sugar, Rice puffs (rice flour, sugar, salt, emulsifier 471), Milk Solids, Maize Starch.
