Recipe:
Rocky Road 500g Milk Buttons 200g pack marshmallows ¼ cup dessicated coconut all ingredients are available ½ cup peanuts or almonds at Weigh n Pay!! ½ cup red & green cherries Melt the chocolate. Chop the marshmallows in half (not if using the mini marshmallows). Combine the marshmallows with the coconut, nuts and cherries in a bowl. Pour in the chocolate and mix well. Pour mixture into a tin which has been lined with bakers paper and press down gently. Allow to set – use fridge in summer – and cut into squares. Variations: You can substitute the cherries for raspberry Lollies, snakes or jubes. You can use other nuts – pistachios or macadamias are good for a luxurious version. Turkish Delight can also be used in place of cherries, chop into smaller pieces.
