JEWELLED ROCKY ROAD
300g Toasted Marshmallows coarsely chopped
40g Flaked Almonds, toasted
125g Glace Pineapple coarsely chopped
25g Glace Peaches coarsely chopped
100g Glace Citron/Cedro coarsely chopped
450g Snowettes
Line a 19cm x 29cm slice or lamington pan with bakers paper.
Combine marshmallows, nuts and fruit in a large bowl. Working quickly, stir in chocolate, spread mixture into pan. Push firmly down to flatten.
Refrigerate until set before cutting into squares.
