Recipe:

PIE FILLING
 CHERRY& BLUEBERRY

This pie filling can be used in a variety of ways.
Place in an uncooked pie shell. Add in chopped fruit. eg. apples, rhubarb, pear etc. to extend the filling a bit. There is no need to thicken the fruit any further, as the pie filling gives enough substance to whatever you might add. Bake in a hot oven. Remember, "cold in the making; hot in the baking!" when working with pastry dough

Use as a fruit base for a crumble

Dollop onto any muffin mix batter, in the tins, and it will sink into the muffins as they bake. When you bite into the muffin, you get a lovely surprise!
