Recipe:

ORANGE AND POPPYSEED MUFFIN/CAKE MIX
(BAKEL'S)
Ingredients
500gms. Orange and Poppyseed muffin mix
115ml water
 3 eggs
Method
Blend water, eggs and muffin mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down and mix on second speed for 4 minutes. Bake at 215ºC for approx. 20-25 minutes.
Makes approx. 12 muffins.

This can be made into a great cake, just bake in tin of your choice (a loaf tin works well) at about 180C for approx 40 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
Top with icing made with icing sugar & freshly squeezed orange juice.
