Recipe:
CHOCOLATE MUFFIN MIX
(BAKEL’S)
500g Chocolate Muffin Mix
150 ml water
3 eggs
Place water, eggs, and muffin mix into bowl.
Blend for approx. 1 minute on low speed. Scrape down. Blend on medium speed for 4 minutes.
Scale into muffin tins. Paper muffin cups available to cut down on mess!
Double Choc Chip Muffins: Add 125 g, of chocolate bits to the recipe.
Bake at 215 C for approx. 20 minutes. Makes approx 12 muffins.
Contents: Sucrose, Wheaten Flour, Vegetable Fat, Cocoa, Emulsifier (471), Salt , Baking Powder.
