BUTTERSCOTCH MUFFIN MIX
(BAKEL'S)
Ingredients
500 g Butterscotch Muffin Mix
115 ml water
3 eggs
Method
Blend water, eggs and muffin mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down and mix on medium speed for 4 minutes. Bake at 200ºC for approx. 20-25 minutes.
 
Makes approx. 12 muffins.

Whey Solids, Salt, Glucose Syrup, Emulsifier (471),
Baking Powder, Buttascotch Flavour.
